Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyAcceptable UseSLA
The short version: we collect what we need to run your hosting account and bill you, card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers, we do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

1. Who we are

NexaraHost provides web hosting and related services at nexarahost.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers information we collect about our customers and visitors. It does not cover the content you or your own visitors store on your hosting account; you control that data, and we only process it to provide the service.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details you give us when you order or register: name, company, email address, postal address, and phone number.
  • Billing information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and security code go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We keep a reference token, the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date so we can process renewals and show you which card is on file.
  • Order and service records: the services you buy, invoices, payments, and the domain names on your account.
  • Support communications: tickets, emails, and messages sent through our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps recorded when you place an order or sign in to the client area, and standard server logs.

3. How we use it

  • to set up, provide, bill for, and support your services;
  • to send service messages such as invoices, renewal reminders, and maintenance or security notices;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse, and to secure our systems;
  • to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
  • to send product news or offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe, to process card payments and screen for fraud;
  • our infrastructure and data center providers, who host the servers your account and our systems run on;
  • domain registrars and registries, when you register or transfer a domain. Registration rules require us to pass on registrant contact details;
  • authorities, where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information would transfer to the new owner under this policy's protections.

5. Cookies

Our client area uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect against forged requests. We do not use advertising cookies. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when you load a page.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically up to seven years. Hosting account data (websites, email, databases) is deleted when a service is terminated, and remaining backup copies expire shortly after on their normal rotation. Support tickets are kept with your account record.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website and client area, restrict administrative access, and rely on a PCI-compliant processor for card data. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can view and update most of your information in the client area. You can also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will delete what we are not required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. To make a request, email support@nexarahost.com from the address on your account. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email customers about material changes.

11. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: support@nexarahost.com.
